Request for Winds/Percussion Audition
2008 - 2009 (for students
entering in Fall 2009 or Spring 2010)
Completed admissions application, teacher and counselor evaluations must be postmarked no later than December 15 in order to be considered for any ACADEMIC scholarship awards. MUSIC scholarships will be considered by audition through the spring semester.
Students who choose not to participate
in or who were not chosen for
the Nordan Auditions are encouraged to auditionFebruary 7, February
28, or March 7, 2009.
We will provide an accompanist for the audition (music should be submitted no later than ten days prior to the audition), or you may bring your own if you wish.
You will need to prepare:
Solo performance of choice or a couple of etudes
Major and chromatic scales for the range of the instrument
Length of audition is 15 minutes
